I've had way too many years of sluggish, fatigue driven exhaustion. There are no answers or fixes. Fitness buffs, please don't preach to me. Doctors are useless in this area. As are nine out of ten "fitness professionals" who know nothing of fatigue. At this point, I want to get out and do active things.     update.....this place is a joke...........the nen up here talk about wanting a woman. but what they dont specify is what kind of woman they want...bc it seems all men want is super model womenI have came to realize that there are few and far between goodmen out there.
