I enjoy most outdoor activities within reason as well as relaxing around the house and firing up the grill. I love all types of music. Music is very inspiring to the soul. Church is important but I am by no means a holy roller!! LOL!! God is definitely all around us and there are times I don't think I could have made it without his help.     NOT ***friendly. If you enjoy, more power to you. If I get a whiff, I'm non-functional for about 24 hours. I'm looking for active activities partners. I've had way too many years of sluggish, fatigue driven exhaustion. There are no answers or fixes. Fitness buffs, please don't preach to me. Doctors are useless in this area. As are nine out of ten "fitness professionals" who know nothing of fatigue. At this point, I want to get out and do active things. Something that does not involve putting food into my mouth or extended discussions of what I'm doing wrong.
