A little insight to what life is like with me..... of course it's always more interesting with someone who shares what you enjoY! So, here it is.First of all, chemistry results you may read for self control and openness are very off. I have no idea how the wonderful meetville algorithm came up with the assessments. The others are pretty close, however.Cooking, wine tasting (Im a total snob, actually!), reading, cycling the Trace, candlelight all over the house, working out in my gym, hottubbing it in the snow, art shows on Thursday nights, quiet nights at home, snuggling by the fire in the winter, loving on my sweet dogs, decking it with friends on the weekends, travel travel travel!, music is always gently playing on the Bose...generally some sort of jazz/blues or maybe a Sinatra sound. Great reads. Long bubble baths that make the house smell all 'girly,' Throw in a little sophistication and lots of giggles & great conversation, and Im a happy lady! Much happier with my happy man, however!I love animals and do some rescue work. I'd like someone who is supportive of my efforts with the animals, even if you don't make it a priority in your life. If you have a photo of yourself posted holding up an animal you killed, keep on movin. You just undid everything I spend every spare minute killing myself doing. I have no respect. If we were cavepeople, and you needed to hunt for us to live, it would be a different story. I can take or leave a piece of chicken or beef that was raised to feed me. Veggies, however, are God's gift to us to live! No need to take a life. You wanna hunt? Use a camera!Im a movie buff, and enjoy painting /creating art on a commissioned basis. Life is too short for bad accessories and bad wine. So I make sure I have plenty of the good stuff, and enjoy it all! (okay, so Im a LITTLE of a diva!)If you want a girl who is quiet and doesn't know what she wants...one that you can mold into who you think she should be, one you can hush..Im not the lady for you. I am who I am at 45 and I like myself and where I am in life. I am proud of my accomplishments and the long and short term goals in life I continue to set..and meet! I love a challenge, but I don't want a man who is a challenge.I'm a lover, not a fighter. I have no children and don't plan on starting a family (or raising yours) at this stage in my life. I am intelligent, attractive, and greatly enjoy participating in deep,meaningful conversation. Im delightuflly opinionated, yet respectful of others'.I'm easy to live with, get along with, passionate, live a drama free life, and plan on keeping it that way. If your ex-wife, who is the mother to your kids, still has control of your life, or if you recently had a bad breakup, and your ex-girlfriend/wife is stalking you with a sharp object or a government issue type weapon, please leave me out of all that! You need to work thru that before dragging someone else into a mess! --kinda falls into that NO DRAMA category!I'm fiscally conservative, however lean a little more towards center when it comes to social issues. I am a Christian and strive to live my life with those values as my guide. I intend on finding a man of strong character and who shares many of the same values I feel are an important part of what makes us strong as individuals, and as partners.I have worked hard for many years. Now, am able to reap the rewards and would like someone with flexibiity to do some traveling or just hanging out whenever we want, I do still work. Just not nearly as hard or as much.If meeting someone like me to see if you'd like to make something special out of it sounds good, I'd love to hear from you.However, the quickest way to get your *** to send a good ol "hey how's it goin?" one-liner, or have a pre-written *** This is the Beginning!... It would help if it seems there is some sincere personal interest, you know-- more than the copy & paste style communication! (speaking of communication, if your relationships are centered around your smart phone, or you tend to try to create meaning with text messaging, It's going to be a very short, very one sided relationship. I dont text anything that needs to be discussed or said in person). Second biggest turn off.... If the first line of your profile starts with your measurements (you dont need to know my chest size yet, and I dont need to know yours!), or how many days a week you work out, or how in shape you are, or all your pictures are of you with your shirt off showing off your guns. Ill learn that eventually. If those things are what define you, then they will be the things you look for in someone else that defines them. And that isnt me.. anymore. We're both about ten years too late for that!Thanks for reading this far. Hopefully you're a little intrigued -or at the very least, a little delighted to read a real and honest profile.........YOU ARE BRAVE!ps.. If I get an *** saying you want to meet me, I won't ***'ll have to make good on that yourself! A great first date would be something or somewhere, inside or out, with great atmosphere, to give us a chance to talk and get to know each other..something we would plan together, and something that would hopefully lead to a second date! Or better yet, one that never ends!

    I'm a genuinely happy person and I find humor in a lot of situations; mostly laughing at myself. I would say I'm outgoing, but can be shy at times. I'm adventurous and spontaneous and can get ready in less than an hour......I think that's a plus. I would like to think I can still bust a move and I think I did pretty good when I attempted to belly dance at Acropolis with very little coaching.,I do alot of volunteering for charity events and a few years ago I got to meet Styx.at rib fest when I was working a silent auction table across the street at the Vinoy in St. Pete, which was going on at the same time. I knew the photographer for the event and when he told me he was going to run across the street and get a picture of Styx with the Styx guitar we were auctioning off.... I said I think I need to be your assistant. He said ok I'll show you how to work the camera . You take my picture and iIll take yours with the band. You never know where volunteering will get you along with thinking off the cuff. I love to work out; pretty much addicted to Zumba and 5 hour energy drinks. Those are my biggest vices, but I may have to go to "candy crush" anonymous soon though. Love that game.... I taught aerobics for 14 years,, but no longer teach. I just enjoy taking a variety of classes such as kick boxing, step and pump. i do feel a little crazy if the *** off the eight count though...... I just can't step up on a down beat.,my feet just stop. I say what I mean and mean what I say. I would hope to find a guy that has that same belief.;ya'llll" in at least 5 years. The guy for me wants to truly create an honest relationship. I realize dating is a discovery phase to find that person, but that's ultimately what I would like to find. Communication and honesty are crucial for success. He is fun, loves to laugh, spontaneous, slow to anger and judge and true to his word. The profession I'm in reminds me of how precious time and relationships with people are. I am a positive person and I like a guy who is equally optimistic. I bring out the best in him and he brings out the best in me. You are comfortable in your own skin and have a strong and sense of self. Consistency and accountability speaks volumes without words.
