Is it really that much to ask? I don't really care if you can lift things up and put them down. Good for you, and how proud you must be! All that muscle your showing off is eventually gonna turn into fat so you might wanna take it easy on all that protein your consuming and keep your shirts on please nobody cares and get over yourself already.
