"a one hour workout is only 4% of your day." It's a lifestyle! I do it for my mental and physical health. :-) I Live in & Work takes me to nearby northern Marin. Minimal commute as possible makes me happy. A sense of community is important to me. I appreciate my surroundings and try to take advantage each day. I find myself attracted to most outdoor activities ranging from hiking, running, bike riding, dining outside, preferably with an ocean or vineyard view :) I feel fortunate to live a life that I wouldn't change much about if I could. I have a positive outlook and try to live my life in the present moment. I find humor in almost any situation which is an important outlook to have.
