I'm also not a part time or when you have time girl, so if your idea is going out once every 3 to 4 weeks then it probably won't work out. I understand that people are busy with life and careers but how can you get to know someone if you never see them? I strongly believe that you get what you give. I'm willing to give it 110%!!! Are you??? I'm pretty easy going and it doesn't have to be extravagant, but it must be somewhere public at first.
