..I'm an introvert. Not necessarily shy, but more this: *** Please know what you're doing when it comes to introverts :) I'm a Mensa member, but not overly opinionated. I'm a Christian, but not overly judgmental. I'm a registered democrat, leaning libertarian, hoping for GOP reform, but not looking to debate :) I am very driven, ambitious, and hard working. I like to do the best I can in whatever I'm doing. I have a lot of interests, but 99% of them can be done at home... if I can just get some me-time :) I'm not a beauty queen and don't try to be.... I'm going to make sure that I develop my character above all else. Extreme vanity is a turn off for me. I'm a mom... In every sense. I try very hard to mold my children into well rounded, respectful/respectable future adults. I work, but I am a homemaker, too. My goal is large family Holidays with lots of laughter and all the trimmings. My philosophy is "home is where you are always welcome." I try to bring warmth and compassion to the world. That said, I can pick out a snake in the grass faster than most... I've had practice, so don't try to fool me. I really am looking to meet someone special and someone that sees my "special-ness," but it seems in the digital dating age, very few are really interested in deep connection. I'm more than skin deep -- so much more, and I hope you are, too. I won't settle, or enter conversations that start "hey sexy" or whatever... Just coffee I think first to find out whether we want to do dinner or something :). No pressure situation lest I get scared away...
