I love to try new things, no matter what they are. I enjoy being out doors & keeping active. Although I can enjoy a night in infront of the t.v., or reading a good book. Love all types of food!Also Like getting dressed up and having a fun night out on the town.Music gets me going. Can't beat going to a concert! Especially at DTE or Pine Knob if you're from my era :)I find my self still saying Pine Knob on occasions.A gentleman is a must have for me! Simple acts of kindness rank high. I like a man who uses his manners :) There is a time and place for most things ;)Prefer to date a man whose children are older, if you have any. My son will be 16 soon.I work at a hospital. I enjoy my work but would like to further my education. In my profession there are different avenues I can go down with just a few months of schooling. Waiting for my son to graduate high school in a few years to figure it out. I would have to say for a first date I prefer to get dressed up and go out for dinner and drinks. Talk and get to know more about the other person, just see how the chemistry is. I like to get dressed up so I would want to look my best, the second date a little more relaxed is ok :) Even an outdoor activity would be cool.I'm open to all types of food and don't enjoy going out to dinner with a picky eater. Eating should be fun & you need to enjoy it.A walk outside, wheather permitting would be a nice end to a fist date

As of ***: Gentleman, advice to you all...if you meet someone & you tell that lady that you want to see them again....please mean what you say! Don't just *** for the next few days & then just hope that they get the hint that you actually DIDn'T want to see them again. I don't know why HONESTY is such a problem these days! Kinda thinking that single life might be where it's at because life as a couple just seems impossible these days. THAT SAID, IF YOU ALL YOU WANT IS TO BE A LIAR, LEAVE ME THE HELL ALONE!!!!!!!!! Caucasian, single mom, 38....looking for a gentleman to spend quality time with. I am hoping to find a man that is HONEST, respectful, responsible, mature, and someone that can be a positive male around my child. My child is the light of my life and I want to be able to ensure that someone who wants to spend time with me can be trusted around my child. & BTW, I might as well mention this right from the get go, I AM A BIBLE BELIEVING CHRISTIAN WOMAN! I do not have any at this time, but expect that in the future I will probably add a cat and or dog to my home, therefore, I would be looking for a man that can also have a love for animals as well.I enjoy spending quiet time at home but would love to have someone that would like to spend time out as well....restaurants, movies, parks, bowling, theater, music....Honesty and respect are a must. I believe in telling the truth no matter who it hurts. I also hope to find someone that will also have a christian belief. My relationship with God is very important to me and anyone that I spend time with I would hope could share that belief as well. And it really would be great to have a man in my life that I can walk into church with who in turn enjoys spending time with me in our place of worship & prayer. This really is a missing piece in my life.I am 5' 4" and do fall into that plus size category...no skin and bones here. I have long, curly brown hair and brown eyes to match. I feel like I have pretty straight teeth and a nice smile. I feel I live a simple lifestyle...I am not high maintenance. I enjoy the simple things and what is important in life.If you think that you could match any of this...then I am looking to hear from you. I also feel like I should share what I find to be attractive/interesting in a man that I might spend time with.....I am generally interested in men that are hard working...how do I define this? Well, I value a man that works with his hands....construction, auto repair, home repair, warehouse, etc. I feel like men that use their hands to build, repair, create, design, they tend to be dependable & some one that you count on & lean on. My dad was someone that was always working in a garden, building something in a garage or basement & those were always traits that I admired. So, most likely if you are someone that tends to have these types of traits, then you are someone that I would most likely develop a fondness for....So again, if you think that you could match any of this, then I am looking to hear from you.Be blessed! On a first date, I prefer just not to go to a movie. I would rather meet some where that enables us to chat and look one another in the eye...chemistry often starts in the eyes. So, that could be out for a scoop of ice cream on a hot summer day, or maybe sitting down to large cup of hot chocolate with whip cream on a cold winters day, and maybe on an inbetween day, a walk through a botanical garden would be great too.
