I love getting fixed up and pretty, and generally being feminine, I love to get out and go dancing. At the same time it doesn't bother me a bit to get out and get dirty. I love raquetball, rollerblading, air-hockey, and occasionally tickle-wars. Laughter is immensely important to me. You have just got to have fun in this life. If you like backroads, ice cream in the summer, steaks on the grill, and don't mind kids, animals, and getting your hands dirty every now and then it would be nice to hear from you.P.S. Loyalty and honesty are a big deal to me. I am honest and appreciate the same in return, even if it is something that doesn't always seem like the "nice" thing to say. If you are a cheater or just can't keep your stories straight please save us both the trouble. I am very forgiving, but lies are something I really just don't want to deal with. Laid back and fun, even if we don't make a connection we can still have a great time! A walk through the park, hike, four wheel, horse riding, game of frisbee or any game, ice skating, or just a traditional dinner out works just fine. Let's just make sure it is doing something where we can laugh, talk, and get to know a little about each other!

A sincere exuberance to experience life to its fullest has led me many places. The joy of living near Lake Tahoe allowed me to play on the mountain until my heart's content.). Then there's the fun places that I forgot about entirely that are like little golden treasures when I rediscover them. With the gift of a Kindle several months ago, I now have too many books in there to list. Getting creative in the kitchen is always fun for me as long as the recipient of any newly tried recipe understands the pizza caveat; as in, if the recipe doesn't turn out as planned, we laugh, order a pizza and try again another day. Besides, half the fun is in trying, right? Not a fan of red meat, but willing to have chicken or fish, its fair to say I will never be the one serving a steak and potatoes meal. I promise to surprise you with great food and we can share a glass of wine while I (or we) cook. A little music in the background sets the tone perfectly.Music speaks volumes to my soul and nothing makes my heart sing like getting a dressed up in my girly- Terelli's, Mercy and Season's 52 are some of my favorite hangouts. A little Frank? Cab Calloway? Dave Brubeck's Take Five anyone? I prefer a short meet and greet first to decide if we should move forward with a first date. Going to a comedy club, snacks and drinks on a patio to people watch, museum, aquarium, arboretum, dinner or coffee is an ideal first date. I adore getting a little dressed up in a girly sort of way and you can leave sporting events off the list. Current events in town, lectures or anything that expands my horizons is more my style. Time to chat and get to know one another during the first date is important to me as I like to know what your opinions consist of rather than the traditional staring at a movie screen for two hours. Showing initiative, being creative and coming up with ideas or suggesting restaurants always scores points in my book. Its fun to have back and forth discussion, but at least come to the table with some ideas.
