About Me

I am a strong, relaxed, well rounded, down to earth, and funny female. I am divorced and have two wonderful kids, one is 15 and the other is 20. I am in the military but don't let that intimidate you. I work really hard, and as you can see in my photos, I don't get out of my uniform often. I do, however, make time for my loved ones. I have taken a break from dating over the last several years so I could devote time to my kids and figure out what I want in a partner and out of life itself. I am very open and non-judgemental, you can ask me anything and I will answer you. I don't have the time or desire to play games, life is too short.My favorite smell in the world is a burning campfire (a real aphrodisiac for me), my favorite sounds are a child's laughter and the sound of rain hitting the roof. Being in the military, I have travelled quite a bit in the US as well as outside it. I love travelling to new and exciting places (soaking up the local atmosphere).I enjoy reading (most recently became OBSESSED with the Shades of Grey series), going to historical sites, museums, canoeing, camping, amusement parks, and movies. I also like to go to wine-tasting events, musicals, riding motorcycles, listening to music and dancing (want someone that likes dancing as well). I listen to alot of different types of music (except rap). I am open-minded and am willing to try new things. I take everything that happens in life and use it as a learning experience. I am a fairly positive person who genuinely cares about people. I am hoping to find someone who is romantic minded, knows his way around the bedroom, enjoys sex and can handle a high libido, makes me feel desirable and needed, wants to lavish affection on me, protect me, and wants to make me as happy as I will make him. I am all about give and take, I feel relationships should be about equality and mutual satisfaction. I treat my guy like a King and want someone who will treat me like his Queen. I have been down the one way street before where I give everything I have to a relationship and get nothing in return. When I am with someone I do everything I possibly can to let them know how much I love them and put them ahead of my own needs. I need someone that is financially stable and is able to manage their money well (I spent 12 years living with someone who felt he needed to keep up with the Joneses although he didn't have the means, and lived paycheck to almost-paycheck). I am not saying you have to be rich, I'm just saying I don't want money to be an issue in our relationship. I am a simple person, I don't need stuff to make me happy, just his company. Actions speak louder than words to me. I am hoping to retire from the military in a couple of years and would love to have someone to spend the rest of my life with and take care of.
