First off... I am NOT looking for just a hook-up, so please don't message me if that or a 'friends with benefits' situation is what you're looking for. Intimacy is important to a relationship, but I'm looking for the relationship part too! I'm also not a game player. If we start talking a lot, I will hide my profile & focus on one situation at a time. Who needs the drama of juggling?I also hate to have to say it, but you MUST have a job. I've encountered way too many situations on here where men aren't in a financial place to even go on a date & this is a dating website. I'm not asking anyone to pay for me, but you have to be able to pay for yourself.Well, let's see...I just recently lost a LARGE amount of weight on my own & I've maintained my loss since Nov. of ***. I changed my food choices completely & I work out pretty much 6 days a week. It was time to change & I have no desire to go back to being heavy. I'm healthy, happy & not at all interested in men who are turned off by the physical damage that being heavy did to my body. I cannot go back & change that, I can only move forward into a better future. :) With that said, I am not vain & body type doesn't matter to me. I would like someone to be active with though because my life is much more that way than it used to be. I like to be home & watch a movie, but I also like going for long walks. Communication is probably the main thing I look for in a mate. I believe that you have to be great friends to be anything more than that & I want someone who is comfortable talking about anything from silly to serious. Tough topics are sometimes the ones that need to be discussed the most & open communication on any topic is important to me. How do you learn about someone or how can they learn about you if you're not willing to open up? I am a loyal & honest person & I want to be with someone who also has those qualities.I have never been married & I have no children. I don't dislike kids & I do expect that most men near my age have them. I realize that my situation is somewhat rare. Haha I do not plan to have any of my own, so I'm not looking for someone who still wants to start a family or wants more children. I'm just now starting my life as a healthy person & want to explore some new things. I know that's sometimes difficult with little ones. I have a niece & nephew that I love dearly & they fulfill the "kid" part of me.I live on my own & have a car! Yay me! ;) I am not rich, but I pay my bills & don't expect to ever be rich. I don't need someone to bring wealth to the table, but I would like a comfortable life with the right partner. You must have your own car. I work hard & I take care of myself, always have. I like music (with the exception of country), photography, writing, reading, hiking & I'm trying new things as often as possible. I didn't do a whole lot of living when I was heavy, so it's time! I dont mind watching any other sport either. Places like The Loop & CWE in STL are the kind of places I like to frequent. You can see every walk of life if you just sit on the patio at Coffee Cartel for an hour. ;; I do not mind either drive. I look forward to hearing from you!
