Woman. 38 years old. Zodiac sign: Libra.
Looking for: man. In age: 35-45
I believe that a partner should inspire you to be a better person. I want to meet someone who will inspire me and help me continue on the path of continous growth. I love to travel and to experience new things. I feel that if you are not making a difference in the world you are wasting space so we should all aspire to be the change we wish to see in the world. It depends on the situation

Have you ever wished the girl you were dating actually WANTED to go to the latest action/sci-fi/special effects film with you? Have you wished she'd hang out and watch the Sabres game or Bills game with you because she was just as into it as you, not because that is her only chance to spend time with you? That you could talk about the game and she'd know what you were talking about, and likely have her own opinion? Have you wished to have a girl with a dry, sarcastic, often raunchy sense of humor?Have you wished she also had a soft side? Knew how to act like a lady, had class, was sensitive, kind, and caring? She still liked to cook and take care of her man as much as she appreciates how much you take care of her?Look no further, I'm your girl! A few musts on my end:Must love dogs, but not necessarily cats.Must not smoke. I'm afraid that's a deal breaker. I am extremely sensitive to it.Must be able to conduct a coherent conversation and form complete sentences. (Proper grammar, spelling, and punctuation is a HUGE plus-never underestimate how sexy intelligence can be, gentlemen! Besides, your computer has spell check and your phone has auto-correct!)On a similar note, I am the type of woman who needs to be mentally and intellectually stimulated before there's a chance of anything else getting stimulated. That being said, messages consisting of "hey", "what's up“, or “how's it going" are just not going to catch my eye. Sorry. No vegans, vegetarian, or generally picky eaters. I enjoy food. And that includes meat. It might make for some awkward dinners. Single Dads are great as long as your domestic drama is at a minimum and/or you don't still pine for your ex.On the superficial side, I am looking for someone who is at least a few inches taller than me, so 6ft and up, please. I could make a case for 5'10"-5'11", just as long as you aren't intimidated by a tall girl in heels.Lastly, be respectful, have some class, and make me laugh! Dinner. Sounds easy, but it opens you up to each other's likes and dislikes. Gives you insight to manners and how they treat people in general. If it's going well a nice walk after dinner, maybe coffee or dessert. I suppose that is everyone's cliched first date.An alternative would be a hike in the park followed by a picnic lunch. That'd be cool too.

I love swimming, reading, cooking, IFC movies. I find it calming to be outdoors. I like being spontaneous and trying new things. I think life is about learning and growing. I have an 10yr old daughter who means the world to me. She has taught me to take time to stop and smell the roses. It is important for me to have a job that improves someone else's life and gives back. I have recently discovered crossfit and love how it challenges me and would love to find someone who gets that. I have also recently quit smoking and diet coke! Love feeling more healthy. I think a first date signals whether or not you feel a spark. It would be nice to meet at a park or restaurant, maybe walk around window shopping... stuff that gives you conversation with less first date stress. I don't want to be a counselor to you about past loves, but I want to know how you got to be who you are today. I am not interested in very older men or men from foreign countries.
