I know who I am and I know what I want. It's not always necessarily what I need or the best thing for me, but that's what makes it interesting. I love to laugh and have no problem laughing at myself. I love the simple things in life and don't consider myself a very interesting person, but I'll let you be the judge of that. I'm a fantastic cook and love cooking for a man who likes to eat. I immensely enjoy reading books of all genres and I love movies that make me laugh. I believe in treating all people with kindness and respect. A friendly smile and a kind word goes a long way. I've learned and earned some hard lessons in life when it comes to dating, relationships and marriage, but I don't let the past cloud my hopes for a happy future with the right man. I adore my 2 daughters and no one comes before them in my life. They are beautiful and truly a gift from God. They are not baggage and I will not tolerate them being referred to as such. I love spending time with family (I've got a big one) and being around people who really know me and not have to worry about being "proper" ...just being me. I'm a very sarcastic person and like someone who can dish it back to me. I also know when to put a lid on it and not hurt someone's feelings who might not get my sense of humor. A world without music is incomprehensible to me...it's one of my passions. From ***'s to present day rock, country, blues, pop,dance, rap and even classical...there's a song out there for every moment of your lifeI am completely free of all drama in my life. I handle whatever situations come up at the time they arise and don't drag them around for extended periods of time. I whole heartedly believe in old fashion romance. The sexiest thing in the world to me is that moment in time that seems to stand still when a guy raises his hand to touch your face right before he brushes his lips across yours for the very first time. I haven't dated anyone for 8 months so I'm gonna be nervous no matter what we do.
