About Me

Hey there! I'm a newly divorced single mom of two amazing little boys that are my entire world. Being a mom is the most wonderful thing I'll ever do. My kids are my number one and always will be. I'm a full time student and I really love using my brain for something non-"mom" related. :) I'm an honest, caring, faithful person. I'm funny, silly and weird but my kids like that. I love to cook, I give good back rubs, and I like to do small gestures to show I care. I'm not looking for something serious right now, but I'm not opposed to it if that's the way things work out. I want some adult time with other adults, something to give me a reason for getting "girly" and dressy. I need something extra besides being a mom and a student. Just a disclaimer up front: I don't have a lot of time to go out. It's hard to find a babysitter, especially one I trust. I can text often but physical in person time is difficult to come by currently. I'm not going to jump into bed, so if that's what you're looking for, you'll have to keep looking.     "Go Sounders go, fight Sounders fight, and the entire world will tremble at your might"...if you can finish this we for sure can be friends at the least. Alright so a little bit about me: obviously I like the Sounders. I never played soccer and generally don't have a burning desire to do so. Running is my new found passion. I've done a few half-marathons and did my first full last April. If you're a runner you can understand that it becomes a strange obsession over time. I love being outdoors...anything from hiking to kayaking, long walks or camping. I enjoy a night out with friends but also am content with my couch and a good book. I have a great career as a radiation oncology RN. I like to call it the dream nursing job, I work Monday-Friday and most days get a lunch break!I have a great life and wouldn't change much about it. I'm optomistic that there is someone out there who can add to it. A first date would include coffee and potentially a walk. If it goes well then frozen yogurt afterwards is a must.
