The first date would be nice and simple with just dinner and maybe a walk on the beach. On the second date, maybe a little more fun and/or adventurous like go-cart racing, or lazer tag, or something to the nature of being able to be more outgoing. The first date is always the worst for you're both nervous, you don't know what to expect, and you feel like you have to impress each other. The first date can't ever be the deal breaker (unless there's just no chemistry).
