I have been at this dating thing a while and have yet to find what I know is what I deserve in a partner which is a simple list of basic qualities in my opinion. Someone who is supportive, loving, fair and genuine to start. Affectionate and trusting, confidant and sweet. Someone who likes kids and knows how to spend a day together as a unit having free spirited fun. A person who is open minded and understanding recognizing that sometimes life just happens and as hard as one person tries it just isn't possible for life to happen always as planned. I am a very open minded and realistic person who has a good amount of common sense, I am far from perfect and already know your are not as well, whoever "you" may be. I have had my fair share of heart ache but try to look at those parts of my past as an education of sorts and the things that I have made mistakes at I try always to at best take a lesson and learn from those mistakes. We are human after all and every one makes them. Life is a roller coaster of so many different things and I want someone who is along for the ride no matter what the ride may be. I give a lot to my partner and I can only hold out hope that I find someone who is like minded and feels the same towards me. I simply want a man who will love me, respect me and tell me the truth no matter what the truth may be. If deceit is something you practice I want no part of it. I don't expect to be spoiled only recognized. A princess life is earned not just given but the street goes both ways and you only get what you give. I don't want a man that can't be outspoken or bottles everything up. I want someone that can communicate, laugh, cry, be honest and have fun. I love to laugh and I live to smile. I want to wake up and fall asleep next to the same wonderful person for many years to come. I am not up for long periods of time waiting anxiously to know what the other wants but am in no hurry to jump both feet. I think if you leave a person questioning what they mean to you then thats when people get uneasy and it causes hurt and conflict. Be upfront and honest, its what is best and fair.I love family fun and nights out with the girls. I would like to have regular date nights and am up for almost anything. I have a busy life but am willing to make the time and effort for the right person. I want to make memories and build a future. I love to BBQ in the summer, lay by the lake, go for walks, play cards and lots more. I love lazy sundays and indulging in some retail therapy here and there is always nice.I have a extreme love of sarcasm and am very rarely serious, that being said someone with a good sense of humour is important. I poke a few jokes here and there playfully and am a very good sport at being the target of a little teasing myself. I will say and do things that will make you want to and I am really ok with that. This is always the part where I tell you how AWESOME I am. I have performed open-heart surgery, and can solve any math problem that is multi-plied by zero.-prize winner and I have convinced some gullible people that black paint makes for an excellent stain remover. My friends say I don’t like you till I tease you and once the teasing starts it never ends. I can bake 30 minute cookies in just over 21 minutes and can recite the number pi up to 23 digits from a sheet of paper. I discovered the meaning of life but forgot to write it down. I know why there is braille on drive-up ATM machines, have prepared extraordinary 6 course meals with only a frying pan and a microwave. I’m terribly shy, clingy, boring and horrible in bed..... Come on, you know you want me. All joking aside, I consider myself fun to be around. I just want to meet someone that can keep up with my sarcasm and wit. I work in the medical field (emergency room to be exact) and I'm a full time grad student so I'm pretty busy, I need someone that's just a driven as me but willing to be spontaneous.
