How to start, what to say. Let me just start by saying that I love my life and love who I am. I am not arrogant, or shallow and am not a user. I do like nice things but will never judge a person based on their material belongings. Maui is home for me for so many reasons. I have traveled the world and continue to do so. Although I have been to some amazing places, at this point in my life there is nothing quite like being here. Quality of life is everything. Being present and open to new things, ideas and people keeps life interesting. If you have been online dating for a while I am sure all the profiles you read seem to blend. If you think you know who I am or what type of guy I am by my pictures, most likely you will be surprised. I can go as deep as you want to go and I can be as fun and light as you can handle. I want to share with you who I am and try to keep it interesting. So... I wrote this little poem / rhyme... what ever you want to call it. Who am I and who are you?What I will tell you is certainly true.Trying new things and exploring about, looking for love there is no doubt.I like my adrenaline, when I play its for fun, beach time, ocean, fun in the sun.I have worked very hard and planned for so long, my life fits me well this is where I belong.Maui is home, I grew up here you see, born in the big apple you know as NYC. I like me my music, rock mostly suits me but it’s all about my mood, and what sets me free.I do love to dance, hold hand and touch, I am affectionate and giving, loving and such.Everyone needs time on their own, I am not in a rush but will pick up the phone. I like things real clear so communication is key, being open and honest is refreshing to me. Ask me what you will I have nothing to lose. I know who I am and will share if you choose. I am new to dating, I don’t like games. Talk to me straight it saves lots of pain. I am a nice guy, I am sweet, sincere and caring, but don’t start to yawn I can push your limits and am daring. I like to be sassy but only so far, I flirt with my date but not other at the bar.The next women in my life I will treasure as a gift, honor respect and go play with.So that’s it for now, nope I don’t always rhyme its just fun to pretend I’m a poet at times. I only say that because I want my partner to be happy with themselves and to love who they are. I spent 15 years trying to make that happen for someone. It just can't be done. I can't fix you or make your problems go away. I can help you work though whats going on and be supportive, loving and caring. Just being honest. The next love in my life has to have true respect and love for themselves. I am a very loving, intimate, caring and empathetic man. I am strong and sensitive, open minded and very self aware. I love my work and I love to play. I have found an amazingly beautiful balance between the two. As much as I am introspective I am also extraverted. I have a fun side and tend to be a leader. With that said, I don't have a need to lead it just often find myself in that position. I am confident, charismatic at the same time I truly am grateful for all that I have and the beautiful people in my life. I am a very confident, intimate, giving lover and open to what itch needs to be scratched. Finding someone that is an open an excellent communicator and listener is not easy. Someone who knows what their truths are and how to speak them as well as hear mine with an empathic ear is huge for me. We have all been hurt and we have all made mistakes. I choose not to live in them nor deny them. I choose to grow from them.Finally, yes... I have kids. 3 of them. They are 7, 12 & 15 and they are amazing. They bring so much love into my life and they keep me young with an open heart. I have them a couple of nights a week and take them for extended stays a couple of times a year. There is no mama drama with the ex and no hang ups or hatred. We have both moved on. This is important. I am not looking for someone to take care of me and my kids. I got that one handled. So if your have concern that I am looking for a substitute mother you can let that one go. I am protective of my kids and would not introduce them to someone I am dating until I knew things were serious. Do I want a relationship?. Yes of course. Do I want to settle for good? NOPE. I want amazing. You're amazing, if you know how to shine, if you like to give as much as you receive, if you're affectionate, open minded, intimate, adventurous, fit, young in your heart and open to something beautiful with out limitations, if you know how to be vulnerable and open to new idea and if you truly know how to feel and live by your heart and your head then I would love to hear from you. Ask me what ever you want. I will answer you with compete honesty. It's all about who I am going out with and what we have in common . Coffee or drinks are a great way to start . I would also love to go to a concert. go paddle board (I have an extra one) or .... hell I would do pedicures. Just know that what ever we do it should be fun and give us time to connect.
