Most of my regimen is done at home or outside where people can cast fearful glances. I do the hard stuff: Bodyweight exercise of all kinds such as Pushups, pullups, burpees, bear crawls etc. A partner who is mindful of health is great but she doesn't have to be a fanatic. I am former military. Via family, work, school and the service I've travelled the world and lived in many areas around the country. Gives me an international perspective.
