    Hi.. first off i am a responsible and loving father of three...a boy 18 and two girls 16 & 12. They're great kids and don't cause any trouble. i have a good relationship with their mother and we try to support each other as parents. i see them often and am involved in their lives every day. sadly they are growing up and are getting their own lives...consequently they are spending a little more of their time away with friends. lately it's just me and my youngest dauhter hanging out. my son will begin college in a couple weeks.I recently had a long term relationship end....thought she was the one. i have spent the last few months getting my head straight. i haven't been out much lately. it's time to get out again and start living. i try to go to the gym regularly...that effort has suffered a bit over the last few months.. i would love a workout partner. i love sports...especially football. i'm a broncos fan.. i have a passion for music...sonic youth.
