About Me

As a youngster I was the curious child who had to try everything (much to my mother's chagrin), and not much has changed - I want to experience life while helping others find their way to "step out and step up". Whether I'm producing opera, performing a ballad, teaching a class, leading worship, or giving a Reiki session - it's all about experiencing and expressing the wonders of our world.I'm looking for someone who is confident and positive, knows what they want out of life, but isn't so fixed on the details of how that looks. Someone who looks for the good in others, appreciates the benefits of a healthy relationship, and can balance his own interests and obligations with time together.While my friends would say I'm one of the hardest working people they know, I'm not opposed to having a good time. I won't give you all the details here, but let's just say that when it comes to spending time with my guy, I know how to have fun and let my hair down. I guess the best way to sum it up would be work hard, play hard, love hard.A few of my favorites:Movies: Classics (GWTW, All About Eve, Fred & Ginger), Period Dramas, romantic comedies, horror (as long as it isn't too gruesome).- Not a big fan of heavy metal, country or rap, though I can appreciate it.Food: Ethnic, particularly Asian. Also love European cuisines - French, Italian, and eastern European. For a first date I like to try do something where we have the opportunity to talk and interact - so dinner and a movie wouldn't be my first choice. I'd be more likely to plan for us to cook a meal together, and then maybe go for a walk in a park or about town. I'm pretty easy going, though....so as long as there is a chance to talk and get to know each other, I'm good.
