I work every day. If I text you and ask if you are 'up for a phone call', a simple yes or no will suffice. Don't blatantly ***, or 'reply' 8 hours later. That just isn't going to cut it with me, unless there is a reason attached to that over due reply. Don't expect me to be the one who ALWAYS initiates the text/call.
