I can be a very random person and I tend to have laughing fits for no logical reason (or maybe because it just makes life more fun).I would say that I am half a geek (but not a nerd - there's a difference). What I mean is that I watch some geeky things, I play a few geeky games and I go to some conventions. I am addicted to Supernatural - the TV show - I might have to find a cure for this eventually.I am a huge fan of Foo Fighters (just in case my picture didn't give it away...) and I think Dave Grohl is a genius. I've been studying animal science and yes, I want to be a veterinarian. With that being said I'm trying to find someone who actually has manners and is honest and upfront. Being able to differentiate between your and you're; their, there and they're; and general spelling and grammar skills are a plus. I've worked about 10 years off and on as a veterinary technician and am trying to get more into animal research in case I have to fall back on pursuing a PhD. That's right, a PhD is not my dream, that DVM is. If you're still reading, I can handle myself around 1,***,***lb animals so don't underestimate me! Unfortunately the grad student lifestyle is very sitting intense so I'm trying to do more hiking with my dog. I can probably tell you more about animals than you'd ever want to know and I can definitely hold up my end of a conversation. I'm not so into guys that are afraid to get dirty or walk in the rain.. I promise the dirt will come off in the shower and you will not melt.I may seem like a hard or cold person from all of that but come on, I'm a girl! I'm more comfortable meeting up for casual things than a date on the first meeting! Anything where I can take my dog is a plus and she loves swimming in oceans and lakes.
