About Me

I graduated with a degree in nutrition and now work as a personal trainer/ life style coach. I love my job, I get to do what I love and help people better themselves (so rewarding). I'm starting to run a lot of marathons, I've done 3 half marathons to prep myself, eventually down the road I'd like to participate in a triathlon. I have my girly side though, that's for sure! I'm a HUGE bargain hunter... if there is something I want that is ridiculously expensive, I either make it myself or got to TJMaxx haha. There is no better feeling then having my toes in the sand on a sunny, breezy day, or watching the sun come up on a morning run! I'm a really easygoing person, I usually just "go with the flow". I'm spontaneous, and if I didn't have planner, I would forget half the things I'm suppose to do that week, oops!% ready to see and do new things and meet new people :-)

    A self summary... Who can summarize themselves easily? I certainly can't.I spent a long time not knowing who I was or what I wanted in life and recently events in my life have given me more insight than I ever could have hoped for.
