I live to ride, it's what I do. If you don't ski or snowboard don't waste your time trying!! I know that's blunt but that's how I am and I don't have any free time other than time to snowboard in the winter!! If you think you can keep my attention hit me up :) My biggest turn on: Goggle Tans!I LOVE music!!I.-..... you get the picture :) I just don't like (most) country and screamo (though I have seen concerts of those genres).I work as an assistant teacher at a Montessori preschool, as a delivery driver, in liquor promotions and other types of promotions, as a sales rep for El Gallo Energy, as an English tutor for second language learners on Fluentify.com, at a planetarium, and in the winter I travel a lot for snowboarding :) I'm not really sure what else to say!! I'm very outgoing, honest, and I somehow make people laugh (but I'd be the absolute worst stand up comedian -- can't tell a joke to save my life)!! I love to play and watch sports :) I hate to watch golf but I love to play!;! I got my certificate in Technology, Arts, & Media. I got my BA in Science, Society, & Technology. My thesis was entitled The Effect of Technology on Astronomy in Elementary Education. I am now in school again at FRCC studying Early Childhood Ed. I'm planning on going to MECR next summer to become a certified lead teacher for Montessori :)I'm not really sure exactly what I'm looking for on here (including this because everybody keeps asking) but I do know that I love meeting new people and it would be awesome if more than a friendship developed -- you never know! I am NOT looking for a one night stand.My ideal partner would be a skier and/or snowboarder and/or telemark skier, good at video games, a good cook, honest, trustworthy, dependable, intriguing, easy to talk to, and patient :) I will probably want a relationship eventually but I am just out of a relationship so I don't want to rush into anything!!I do not like to be around cigarette smoke (that's an understatement), so if you smoke cigs -- fuhgettaboutit!! I do not want to date anybody in the army either, that would be way too hard for me. And I do not like small dogs.     My hope is that I can have a positive impact on at least one child that I work with. At home, I enjoy reading, watching television/movies, surfing the web, and taking naps. My TV and movie tastes are somewhat diverse. I also enjoy doing touristy things in the DC area, playing sports, walking around, and doing other silly/fun activities (mini-golf, bowling, etc.). It looks like it would be really fun to learn how to ballroom dance. In many ways, I think I am young at heart. I love dogs and would like to own one again someday. I like Top 40 music and and cheesy 80s power ballads. I sometimes even listen to classical music in the car. I will eat almost anything with chocolate. When I meet new people, I tend to be tongue-tied and shy. However, I do open up once I feel comfortable and get to know someone. I do not really have anything specific in mind. Since I am somewhat shy, I think it would be easiest to open up and get to know someone if we do a fun activity on the date. I'm open to suggestions, especially as I am still pretty new to the area and looking to explore what DC has to offer.
