I looked up 'nerd' on dictionary.com (just because) and the 1st definition was "a stupid, irritating, ineffectual, or unattractive person". That's not really what I had in mind when I wrote I heart nerds for my profile. Needless to say... nerd is subjective.About me... I am honest, down to earth and enjoy variety in life. I like to keep active and play sports and such... In the winter I play indoor volleyball and in the summer you can find me playing slow pitch, beach volleyball, or out on the trails running. (I was so close last time!) I have only completed part of my degree, and will be back taking courses soon to finish it up!Music and concerts = amazo. Some of my most memorable shows include... Hi!This is my newly re-vamped profile after being on this site for a bit and meeting some interesting characters.... I am looking for a long-term relationship with someone who is interested in the same and also in starting a family in the not-so-distant future. Due to my career as a social worker, this has caused me to have very little patience for drama in my personal life. This is not to say that I can't roll with the punches when times are tough, just that unnecessary drama is a huge turn off for me. Now for the good stuff! I am a kind, caring, nurturing and considerate person. I love children and animals and enjoy spending my free time with friends and family. I have many long-lasting and enduring relationships. I keep myself pretty busy with the people that are already in my life which can be difficult when trying to meet new people. But what I can say is that once you are in my life and there is a connection there, that I will have no shortage of time for you:)I love traveling, going for walks, bike riding, seeing movies, and having friends over for a night of food and wine and board games! I find it hard to write about myself, however here it goes..I like to think that I am fairly easy going, I tend to be shy when first meeting new I am an Early Childhood Educator. I work full time at a day care with children aged two to six, every once in awhile I work with the infants.I love what I do, there's rarely a dull moment.I have a fairly large family I am the second youngest of seven girls, yes seven.
