Oh, hi there. Me:I'm feisty, freckled and focused. (see what I did there with all the alliterations?) I am honest, driven and not afraid to express my opinions. I believe sarcasm is the spice of life. I work as a TV news producer and I love my career. I live and work downtown and don't cross bridges nearly as often as I should. You: A thoughtful man, with a quick wit. You're passionate about something -- whether it's your job or a hobby. On Sundays you’re equally happy running the seawall or lazing in bed – but either way, there will be brunch. You find it more endearing than embarrassing that I like dancing at home, on my own, to Top 40 pop.I don’t mind short-term dating (it can be fun), but in the end, I’m looking for something more serious (that can be more fun).-going), a long hot shower, thunderstorms, wine, House of Cards (seriously...and related pursuits. Dislikes: ***, chain smoking, tomato seeds, dishonesty, calories, bad poetry, well…most poetry.

First and foremost - I am the very proud mother to a beautiful, charming little girl (she's two). She is everything to me, and she comes first. If you can't deal with that, then don't waste your time (or mine!) messaging me :) On that note, if all you are going to say in your first message is "hi" or "how are you" or any version of a three-word or less greeting, chances are I am not going to respond. If you're still reading, here's a bit more :) I love life. I think that the world we live in is beautiful, and I think that it's sad that not enough people appreciate it for what it is. I do what I can, when I can, but I'm not exactly a tree-hugger either. One day I hope I can devote a little more time and energy to giving back to our world, after all, it's looked after us pretty well. =) I love the great outdoors, and all the living things it harbours. I'm one of those rare girls who doesn't freak out and squish spiders, but *** them and sets them free outside. I love to fish, but I always feel terrible for having to kill the worm -- I prefer non-living bait. (Note: if you ever go fishing with me, be prepared to be in charge of killing the fish!) After a rainstorm I often go for a walk (I love the smell) and I can hardly pass by a worm without returning it to the grass so that it won't scorch on the sidewalk. I guess you could call me a softie. I'm a big fan of summertime in the Okanagan - laying on the beach with my music and my frisbee, floating down the channel in Penticton, and if I'm lucky enough, boating around and enjoy the breeze while getting a TAN. I believe that we live in one of the most beautiful places in the world, and while I enjoy snowboarding and winter sports, summer is definitely my favorite. :) I adore children, I really do believe that they are our future. I find it disheartening that so many girls are growing up believing that they must plaster themselves in make-up in order to look good -- I'm twenty-seven and I hardly wear any make-up at all. One of my biggest hopes in my lifetime is that I will raise children who grow up with the same morals that I have, children that love animals and people, children who don't go out and have frivolous sex at the age of twelve. I have my ECE (early childhood education) and have hopes of opening my own daycare one day in the future. I'm a happy-go-lucky person, I love to laugh and I crave intelligent conversations. I'm big on reading and writing, but I also love active sports such as snowboarding. I enjoy a night out on the town as much as one spent cuddled up watching a movie, and I love new experiences in wining and dining. I hope to find somebody who carries the same values as I do, somebody who can make me laugh and who I can make laugh in return. Life is too short to mope around without a smile!

Hey there people who are people and not actually fish! How's the water feel today? I'm just kidding I know the term fish is only used figuratively on meetville... gosh. Anyways so how's your sex life?As for me I'm a soon to be 26 year old woman who lives in Penticton and can't get enough of this wonderful Okanagan weather and sceneries even when it's A. rainy, B. snowy or C. windy or D. all the above. Honestly what's there to complain about in this valley? Alright now it's time to get serious and talk a little bit about myself which I have no problem doing. I would love to travel the world some day as I am very big on learning about people, places and other cultures. I love movies, my favorite genres are Fantasy/ Sci Fi , Action/ Adventure, Comedy, Rom Com's and pretty much any movie that makes me laugh. I also enjoy some video games, board games, card games, reading, writing and astrology. To be honest not the biggest health and fitness enthusiast but I try to eat better and be healthier because it's important. All the people in my life are in my life because I want them to be. I am very loyal, caring and diplomatic and I see everyone as my equal and I intend to surround myself with people who think/ feel that way to. I am not perfect and I don't expect anyone else to be either!! Anyways have a fun day swimming everyone and splash lots! !!! P.S "Anyways, so how's your sex life" is a quote from the Tommy Wisseau film "The Room" (if you haven't heard of it then I suggest you look it up on Youtube because it's pure Gold... let me know what you think) that meetville video for woman says to use a movie quote so I did ;)P.S.S - But if you have a photo of yourself and are under 35 you have a better shot of getting a response from me, cool? all right Peace out! Let's make it up as we go along, it's more fun that way and we'll probably be more stressed out about where we're going to be bothered stressing out over each other? Am I right? it's worth a shot anyways. :D
