To be honest not the biggest health and fitness enthusiast but I try to eat better and be healthier because it's important. All the people in my life are in my life because I want them to be. I am very loyal, caring and diplomatic and I see everyone as my equal and I intend to surround myself with people who think/ feel that way to.
