I moved here from Winnipeg for my job, its ok, I am staying here for at least the next 3 years. I'm not the most outdoorsy, bear in mind Winnipeg has snow for 10 months of the year so the outdoors is dangerous, ***is a regular thing with 20 feet of snow. You develop indoor hoobies, I have those, reading, cooking, I'm kinda crafty or at least I try to be. I enjoy sports, I try, I don't have much hand eye co-ordination and I tend to be scared of the ball, I am more of a spectator that gets allowed to play sometimes, but I am really good at bringing drinks, snacks, cheering, and not complaining. I go to the gym, I like to go to restaurants, the mall, and sometimes I go to bed at 6:00. I love coffee, the best part of my day is my morning coffee, the main reason I go to bed is knowing I get coffee in the morning. I have a rough sense of humor and can be rough around the edges but you need to give me a chance, eventually I will make you laugh.

Main goal is to just be happy.An ideal weekend could include a hike, brunch or dinner either out or cooked at home, hanging at the beach, reading a book, catching a movie or watching some at home, going to the aquarium, a gallery, farmers market, bike ride, concert, dancing, watching some hockey or football or going to any sporting event, festival or event in the city, or a road trip somewhere out of town. I'm often the one finding something to do then planning. Currently I'm learning to cook more with a focus on whole foods. I love movies, my biggest nerd quality is referencing them. But I'm also a sucker for a well choreographed fight, car chase, or massive explosions with someone walking away and not looking back. I always have a book and starting a book club with some friends. Like everyone else I like a little of everything, except heavy metal. I love to dance because it makes you so happy, so anything I can dance to is a win. Looking for that classic partner in crime and best friend. Easy going, good sense of humor, nerdy, and a 5 o'clock shadow can't hurt :) I like to find random niche things to do in the city, it would be fun to find something & check it out.

Well for starters, I really love burritos. I'm also a big fan of jello too. Back when sega still existed, there was a game that involved swimming through jello pits - and I thought, wouldn't that be fantastic? So I filled my tub with sh*ttons of jello, and it was freaking awesome.I've been told by "people" that I'm mildly entertaining (especially if we plan on talking about any of the following topics: jazzersizing, spandex, jeggings, unicorns, and dreams we've had that were about star wars).Finally, a few other things about myself:-I went through a phase were I thought blow-ups dolls were an acceptable way to waste time-I own a ceramic cat-I still have no idea where the Kootenays are-I enjoy hiking and off roading with beer -I have a great fondness for fake mustaches, sarcasm, and falling asleep while watching family guy Grab a latte (or insert other beverage of choice)....cruise the strip (on foot that is)...and try on wigs.However, I do enjoy the usual first date activities - this may include people watching at Walmart, having Alien marathons, and lounging about in mou-mous.
