I'm an elementary school teacher. I lived in AZ for three years to teach after college and moved back to MI in June ***. I'm hoping to meet new people and although I'd like to take things slow and start as friends, in the long-run I am looking to be in an exclusive relationship. My profession is very female-dominated so I've been having a hard time meeting the opposite sex, as well as people my age. I feel a little behind in life as the majority of my friends are either engaged, married, pregnant, have kids, etc... so our priorities are different. Maybe too much so for my own good, so it will take that special person to be a 'partner in crime.' I feel that I am usually the dependable/reliable one taking care of others and what I would really like is someone who can also be that for me. I'm about 5'6" and have dark brown eyes and light brown hair. I describe myself as curvy, but categorizing myself into a specific body-type is difficult. I'm not thin and I'm not fat. I take care of myself, exercise when I can (I love to dance and Zumba! I even *** first class this year for 8 weeks!) and am conscious about the foods I eat (but not overly strict... you have to enjoy yourself, too). I love to go out dancing and love music. I enjoy simple things in life. I'm not really the adventurous type. I like doing a little social drinking and going out occasionally but I also like having nights in, staying at home with a movie or good book and relaxing. It's all about balance.I am basically looking for someone respectful, honest, and funny. I'm looking for some maturity and someone who has their 'stuff' together. I'm really just looking for someone who is good company to experience the little, and big, things in life with. I love a great sense of humor and someone who is an overall gentleman.
