– I don't really have a problem meeting people the "traditional" way, but am just on here looking to meet some new and interesting people I would not have otherwise met.10 random things about me:1. I have a very dry, sarcastic sense of humour.2. I think that good grammar and attention to detail is sexy. Any sapiophile would agree.3. I have a – albeit, slightly weird – fascination with octopuses. 4. I can and have solved a Rubik's cube (without removing any stickers).5. I possess a hand-crafted list of free and reasonably priced things to do in and around the GTA.6. I like exploring obscure bits of the city, but am also a big fan of curling up with a glass of wine and a good movie that nobody's heard of (usually a recommendation from Rotten Tomatoes).7. I recently conquered my stage fright and performed at an open mic...I will do it again.8.9.10. I dislike the fact that every item in this list starts with the letter "I" (including this one). So, to counteract that: My first cup of coffee (ever) was consumed only 6 months ago. Since then (after figuring out that coffee is an expensive, however delicious, habit), I've mastered making numerous coffee treats at home, including my own creation, the Café Olé.

    I work a lot, but that is partly because I don't really have anything else to do at night. I love to read. It's a problem. I read even when I should be doing other things. I would much rather read than watch TV/movies. I like watching movies, but don't have a long enough attention span to watch them by myself (although I can read for hours on end). I'm a graduate student trying to get my Ph.D...I love it and hate it at the same time.
