I am a writer. I am educated and smart. I am shy at times, always taking in my surroundings. I am not materialistic. I appreciate the simple things in life. I appreciate honesty and kindness. I am patient. I am extremely nurturing. I look like a girly girl but I am not. I like to get my hands dirty by fixing things, like plumbing, electrical, carpentry projects around the house. ( I have my own tools.) I can fix cars too. I am very active, never lazy. I love watching sports, especially football. I'd rather be watching a good game than sitting chatting with girls. I was an honor student my whole life. ( kind of a nerd in disguise) I am always thinking, using my brain to better myself. I love to write. I write books; children's books, novels, articles and blogs. It comes naturally to me. I had a very difficult life. It is still very hard. As a result, I know that there is not one challenge that I am not capable of facing. I am an optimist.I rarely complain because I am grateful and thankful to finally be in a good place mentally. It takes a lot to rattle me. I never raise my voice, whine or sulk. Life is way too short for nonsense.I have children. I am very proud that they are all know for their good character in our community and good grades as well. I have *** them that possessions may come and go but good character and warm hearts last a lifetime. My days are hectic and busy but very fulfilling. Some people on here are searching for "a normal girl". If you read my above information, I don't really think I am normal, or typical. I am just a kind-hearted, honest, hardworking person who is thankful for each and every day. (Error on profile..I'm a Capricorn.)

Looking for: man. In age: 28-38
I enjoy being outdoors. I love music. A few of my favs are drive by truckers, Lucero and Chris Knight. I love camping with friends, camp fires, walks in the park, quite bars, the beach, coffee, Ice cream cones, fast cars, big trucks, motorcycles, guys with beards, acoustic guitars, tattoos and piercings. If you're not looking to eventually enter into a serious relationship, don't waste my time! I'm not looking for free dinner every night with some random person. I want a serious relationship. But at the same time, I'm not trying to settle too fast. A strong relationship takes a strong foundation. I wanna be friends first. Is that so bad??? I'm sick of those guys who just say what they think you want to hear. Go tell that bs to someone else cuz I don't have time for it! Oh and dating sites are ridiculous! Why lie? Be yourself! If someone doesn't like u for u then move on to the next one! After all It is called plenty of fish:) My idea of a really good first date...A nice dinner with great conversation would be a good start. Hopefully the conversation will just flow naturally. If it feels forced, thank you for dinner but I probably won't be seeing you again. I know first dates are sometimes just awkward, that's fine, but if you can't carry and hold an intelligent conversation, this isn't going to work. If dinner goes well, a nice walk at the lake would be perfect! We can talk and get to know each other. Hopefully we will be laughing and having a great time by this point. So yea, that sounds like a really good start:)

I, of course, enjoy the occasional shopping but not that big of a shopper. Gotta hav retail therapy every now & then.gotta whisper so not too many people hear.I can.sorta, kinda, awe what the heck I know I can throw down in the kitchen & on the grill. No bein modest about that, LOL. I'm at a point where I am really enjoying life & the journey I see God taking me on. Hopefully, one day, that journey leads me to "the one". Until then I will just take one day at a time.
