Hello and thank you for taking a peek at my profile. Don't you just love this part? *grinning* .. Telling everyone who you are and what you like to do .. not to mention what you seek. To give you an idea of who I am, I suppose I will begin by saying I am someone who loves life and attempts to make the best of everything. I love the arts including music of all types (okay, I admit I am not a huge fan of rap), catching an exhibit at The High, and even taking in a play from time-to-time. I rarely watch television (frequently tuned into a music channel) and am more likely to pick up a book rather than sit in front of the television.As much as I truly appreciate the beauty of the mountains, I adore the beach. You are much more likely to find me on vacation with sand/sun. For me, sand and sun are therapeutic and to be enjoyed. I am not a barfly. That does not mean I do not enjoying going out and meeting friends for a glass of good wine, just that I am not going to be out all night and certainly not going home with anyone. An evening spent with friends or at home snuggling with someone special and enjoying a movie is a fabulous way to end the day. Are you someone who knows that it takes two to make a relationship and want to be crazy about someone, just as they are wild about you? Are you someone who is not into games; but is honest, open and knows that communication and honesty are essential in any relationship? Do you want for your mate to have the same goals and values, a Godly person .. all the while knowing that does not mean you have got to be joined at the hip? *smiling* ..     I enjoyed it there, but it feels great to be back home, in the Port City!! What do I enjoy most? Riding Harleys and horses! I also like to work out at the gym and walk on the beach. I like to stay in shape. I was once overweight back when I was married, I don't ever be that way again!! I feel soo much better now :) I do like to laugh and love making others laugh as well. I am a firm believer that before anyone else can like us, first we must like ourselves, it took me awhile to learn that but I finally got to that point and I really do like who I am now and I am even at a place in my life now where I don't mind being alone. I enjoy reading and have started reading from some really talented authors work.I am divorced and I still think my ex husband is a wonderful man but he wanted to study a type of religion that I had no interest in studying or learning about in any capacity! We had two sons together, that are grown men now, although they sometimes don't act it, lol. But that's fine with me. I'm very proud of the men that they have become. I am looking forward to being able to be close to them :-) again!!From celtic to country to southern rock even some of the really old oldies, and yes, even a little Elvis lol. First date should be very simple, more of a meet and greet that way if you're not really into that person, you can make a quick exit, but then again, if you are wanting to get to know your "date" a little better, maybe a walk on the River front or maybe at the beach.
