Hi everyone! I am a fun and easy going individual who loves surprises and yet likes to plan out her day ... Figure that one out! I love scrapbooking, anything crafty where I can get my hands with some paper, glue and colouring materials and I am happy. Something so simplistic about a sheet of white paper and a few colours draws my attention to see what I can do.Saying that, I am an organizing nut, especially when it comes to my work space. Certain aspects I need to be planned and organized otherwise it is incredibly hard to function (other areas of my life, go with the flow is my motto). Random and useless information: look no further ...) ... I love being outdoors and getting in as much fresh air as I can, so I'm always up for trying a new activity or just going for an afternoon hike. .... I loveeee playing soccer and volleyball (played soccer competitively for over 10 years)..With two degrees under my belt, one of which is teaching certificate, being a teacher is definitely my career goal. It's something that I've always wanted to do with my life, and I want to make a difference. I see the influence that being in a child's life for 6 hours 5 days a week can make, and I want to be part of that movement. It's a place where you yourself will always be learning, and despite all the education you have, there is always room for improvement. Plus, you can write a book on the subject "kids say the weirdest things", you will hear things that make you think twice because it was that bizarre and no matter how bad of a mood you may be in, there will always be a student to put a smile on your face. And this reminds you that it was all worth it :) Since I have officially finished all of my schooling, reality has sunk in and really made me look at how I want to be. I love being out and about, and cannot wait to start travelling one day. Backpacking through Europe is up there, as is a tropical vacation in a beach somewhere. Seeing a sporting event overseas is on my bucketlist as is going to the Louvre.Music wise, I am pretty open, although my radio station (people still listen to that ? :P) is usually on 99.9 ... Basically as long as I enjoy the song, I'll listen to it regardless of the genre. I want to get to know someone who can carry a conversation and who can make me smile. Nothing is worse than naming off qualities you have, and feeling like you are on a job interview. It should be fun! It's different for every person you're with ... But something exciting, to make you laugh and have fun and just to get to know each other.
