If I had to sum up myself in three simple sentences, I would say this: I teach. I travel. I write. That’s the heading on my travel blog. I live with my brother, who is stationed here in the Navy. Aside from that, I like to sing. I'm a huge country music fan. I'm obsessed with dancing (especially ballroom and Latin)! I spend a lot of time working (the job of a teacher is never ending). I’m looking for someone I can be friends with first. I would love to meet someone who is kind, educated, compassionate, and silly. I definitely need someone who likes adventure as much as I do and is a little bit of a rebel. I do believe in God, but I’m not the judgmental type. One thing that traveling has taught me is to be respectful of all religions. First date: Something casual and laid back. Let me start off by saying, if my skin color doesn't affect your life personally, then don't mention it! I'm so sick of hearing "you're too tan or you need to stay out of the tanning bed" i don't live in a tanning bed, I just have dark skin so spare yourself the time of even mentioning it! Second, if you're interested in me and want to get to know me, just gotta let you know that talking to me and 10 other females ain't gonna cut it. Yes, I realize this is a dating site to get to know people but you can't get to someone in depth if you're focusing on so many other people. I have a tendency to put other's wants and needs ahead of mine which sometimes backfires but that's just me. I am a huge sports fan and can throw statistics at ya and make you look stupid when you think you know it all lol. I call those the 3 evil D's lol. I live with and take care of my grandparents who are both ill, not because I can't afford or want my own place but because I love them and want them to be taken care of. I have tattoos and piercings, quite a few actually lol, but I wear them well I think. I like to drink beer when I go out with my friends but try not to get drunk and make an idiot of myself. Ok enough about me or we won't have anything to talk about! Anything as long as the company is good, I'm not picky.

When someone meets me for the first time, it is a date, not a friendship or hang out meeting. We go on a date, see if anything is there and if it is then we keep going out on dates. Long as you are just going out with me and not more other women. When you are interested in someone and want to get to know them then you shouldn't be talking to other women trying to get to know them, you see if it works with the one you are wanting to get to know first and if it doesn't then you move on to the next one.
