I enjoy being happy and try to keep that attitude every day of my life. Feels a lot better to be happy and nice then to be mean and angry. I do of course get angry, who doesn't? I'm just now getting into lifting weights. I've been going to the gym for a long time now but was always scared I'd get "big". Now I realize that's just another excuse not to take care of yourself.
