I am a single mom who not only works full time but I am also a firefighter and on rescue squad.. I am a very dedicated person. I like to let my hair down when I don't have my daughter but when I do have her I'm a homebody unless we do something together..I am a lover and a people pleaser but I love to joke around I always have some kind of smart remark ready when opportunity comes knocking!! I know I am a good person I just need someone who will accept me for me and of course be patient!!I am suspicious by nature and constantly over think everything... I never forget... It only takes one wrong thing happening to me from you for me to start backing down and shutting off otherwise I stand up and fight for what I want..I am a very PICKY person and head strong. I absolutely hate fighting unless I have an alternative motive- making up ;) I am very shy when I first meet people but once I warm up to you it's always a fun time!!!You may call me shallow but I do have to be physically attracted as well as emotionally!! If I have to look at you I want to enjoy what I'm seeing as well...I am a very kind person which has been mistaken for more than intended... If you are confused on my reaction to you feel free to ask... I will give you my honest answer as it may upset you but it's better to know the truth then to hang on to hope.... I'd hate for you to feel like I'm leading you on when that's not it at all.. The very last thing I want to do is to hurt anyone because trust me I too know how it feels.

Does anyone really like describing themselves? I mean really, brag about yourself so that people will be interested without sounding like a b---. Well here it goes. People tell me that I'm funny...OK, that's just the students I teach, but they should count since I am around them more than anyone else. I'm fairly sarcastic, but not in a mean way-usually. :) I like watching just about any sport, except the NBA. I don't know what it is about professional basketball. I mean, I'm with you throughout college. What happens after that magical draft? Oh yeah, they get paid the big bucks. What I'm looking for-First and foremost, you have to make me laugh. If you like The Goonies you're in. Also, you have to be able to spell. Sorry, I'm a teacher. I'm not saying you have to spell antidisestablishmentarianism correctly, but if my students can spell it, you should be able to too. Or at least you should use spell check. I mean put some effort into it!
