I like that for a first date because then you can get the feeling of whether or not you're attracted to the other person in a place that's relatively comfortable and not very high pressure. A fancy restaurant does little to impress me over a guy that gets creative to make an evening memorable. A simple pizza and bottle of wine fall right in my comfort zone. Movie, dinner, drinks, walk around a park, I'm a pretty cheap date. A comedy club sounds fun.
