I love all animals, babies, children and people in general, unless you're just downright evil or absolutely clueless and refuse to own up to anything. I have to admit, I've only met one person who falls into that last category. I do believe all God's creatures deserve to be treated with respect, including children.I realize how mushy and corny all that may sound, but those are my core beliefs. I'm up for almost anything at least once, sort of a girly-girl tom-boy. Like to be active or reading by a fire, entertaining or watching a great movie, it's all good, if the company you keep is, as well! A first date for me would be simple and uncomplicated. Maybe coffee or a glass of wine, or dinner with a great view, while getting to know each other. If you make me laugh, not just a haha laugh, but a roll on the floor laugh.. well, there might just be a spark! We'll both know if it's right. It should be easy.

Here is my start with more to come ... I am happy, honest, and am told vivacious. I smile a lot, I laugh a lot, I almost always have a song that I am singing internally. I will always chose to see the glass half full so have been able to experience many adventures with a great attitude and to laugh at those which have not been so wonderful. I am feminine, intelligent, easy going, adventurous, confident, secure, and very prone to make mistakes (which I will laugh about) :). I believe in "chemistry" but I am aware that a good, solid relationship requires a chemistry that grows and continues over time well beyond the initial spark. That being said, there must be something initially which attracts me to someone and this something is far deeper than a person's physical appearance. I enjoy life and have especially enjoyed being a parent. My children are now grown; one still in college and one just graduated and beginning her "new life". So now, it's my turn :)IMy hobbies are varied from the physical pursuits; cycling, hiking, skiing, crossfit, ( this October I participated and completed the Tough Mudder which was an amazing experience) ... to the arts;;tinker"). I enjoy movies, learning opportunities, spirited discussions, and just time "hanging around". My musical tastes are varied from classic rock, a little country, and the newer sounds. I love to dance so music is in my spirit. I read a variety of genres. Probably one of the most important books I have read and try to live by is The Four Agreements by Don Miguel Ruiz (not always easy to put in practice).I am interested in meeting a man who loves life and the challenges it brings, who wants to travel and explore locally, domestically, and internationally, is fit and active and loves the outdoors, is kind and caring and wants to take time to become friends first rather than leaping into a short term relationship based strictly on our physical chemistry (Not that there is anything wrong with that physical lust which we all love ... I just want to develop something in addition to :) )I look pretty good in a nice pair of jeans, dress, hiking boots, high heels, a bikini, an evening dress ... Well here goes...I still go clubbing in the Goth scene, yes I like short skirts and big black boots, and until I have a reason not to .... well it's better than sitting home alone :) and I do enjoy dancing and seeing friends. ..Body type says average, but I like "curvy" better (not an option on here) I'm a good cook, have a great sense of humour, I'm honest and have integrity and am very genuine - I pretty much tell it like it is.. No sugar-coating - I won't participate in drama...and I don't tolerate head games - I have no patience for that..it's wasted energyI am honest and I do expect you to be as well, if not then what's the point....I do not support zoo's or aquariums or any place that has animals in captivity that should be free, especially sharks, whales & dolphins, so we're not going on a date to any of those places....everI do have 2 fishtanks, I'm not a hipocrite, they are fresh water and my fish were not taken from an ocean...big differenceI am open to a relationship - eventually, it has to start as dating though, they don't give the option "dating and hoping it turns into something" .....I do prefer younger men but am open-minded.....I don't look it but am kinda shy meeting new ppl, especially on dating sites.... so if you want to talk to me, don't you be shy too, make a move :)*no photo I probably will not talk with you... sorry if that's superficial but attraction has to be there...
