I make tasty snacks and sit quiet while you watch Jeter score a hat trick for your beloved Nets. (That's why I just sit and keep quiet...lol) But, if Aaron Rodgers is on, you go make the snacks, okay? ;) I'm not as chatty as my profile would make you think. I freelance write, so hence, I did not know when to quit writing. I am probably onto the next woman's profile at this point. I'm on the perky side, fun, nice, sane, sweet, intelligent, (although Mensa does not return my calls) and optimistic. Hoping to find a nice, decent guy with a sense of humor, and is confident, nice looking, but not so that he spends more time gazing in mirrors than a woman. If you're negative or rant, no...please, but if you're positive and upbeat, continue on. ;)Not looking for anyone who's a Gloomy Gus or has no sense of humor, obviously. I'm more drawn to an optimist. Quirks: putting potato chips on tuna sandwiches, wearing a sleep mask to bed (yet I've never had a dream that I'm Zorro...), take the marshmallows out of the Lucky Charms box, and laugh at potty humor.It would be nice to find someone who laughs easy, but can be the serious, compassionate, smart and take charge person. I guess I really am old fashioned in that way. I like an even tempered person. I'd like to find a man that's a good dad, doesn't trash talk his ex, and is genuinely nice. If you can get me to eat asparagus or sushi, you must be the one! If you're a hot head or quick tempered, you're not for me. I can fish and bait my own hook,but better at girl stuff, to geeky. I'm not a daredevil. That doesn't mean wear a wife beater t-shirt - it just means both of us can't scream like school girls if there is a daddy long legs.I guess I'm just old fashioned in the man/woman arena. . I just want something normal and someone that wants to go places, but also enjoys quiet times. You're a good dad, if you have kids. *If you don't, please don't kidnap any, because I'll take off points for that. You're probably a tad geeky. Your kind to people and animals alike and you hold doors for strangers. You're not the gloom and doom type. You're focused, but fun, smart..maybe not book smart, but smart in your own way. You're not freshly separated. No offense...I'm just at a whole different stage of life. You are kind to others, never been on Cops, and aren't Mister Stuffy McStufferton. You're witty and take life as it comes...someone who calls just for a quick hello. I'd like to think I'm out of the stage of having a 'type'. I consider myself a work in progress and always trying to improve, I hope to find that we both bring out the best in each other. You look for the good in others and maybe you even bring out the best in people around you. You're the type of guy that won't be looking on meetville if I'm ever in a coma for a week. You'll wait patiently and oogle the nurses and shrug your shoulders mouthing 'she's gonna live, right?' ;) If you get my personality, this is it! I don't talk this much in person, though. If you're a Packer fan, extra points. ;) TV (in case that matters..***Movies - anything amusing, nothing with sub titles, nothing too gross. If you have 'testimonials', count me out. They're so silly of a thing to have on a dating site - Gimme a break lady. LOL Then, there is the guys that are missing roses, which is like saying I am/was really interested in someone else, but I'll settle for you. LOL I condensed some of this....sure would be nice if most men read profiles. LOL. (but really just sighing...) We would have met first before a date. Let's not do what the people pretend they like to do and skip on the beach in the moonlight and drink champagne from a slipper and ...then reality sets in.
