Where do I start? I think I will go for the short version and save your eyes from strain.Born and raised in upstate NY. Was married and divorced had three now grown children all living in NY. I moved to Fl in ***. Have been on a spiritual journey for the past three years and have come to know and love Jesus. I would like to find a kind gentle man who also has similar spiritual and moral beliefs. Although you may wonder if this makes me too religious for you, I am just saying I am a quality woman looking for a quality man to spend time with and have fun getting to know each other on our journey in life. I am artistic and creative and enjoy nature, photography, bowling, swimming, museums, history, parks, beaches, and people watching, among other things. That's all I can think of for now. I am sure in time, I will think of more to write....or just ask me. More: everyone over the age of 30 has baggage. How you deal with it is important to self improvement. I don't think trying to open and peek into someone's baggage is a good idea. Would you like someone to come up to you and pull off a scab? Ouch, back to healing again. My point is, I don't mind people who have baggage, we all do. Some may have more baggage than others....some have lived more. If you have not dealt with your baggage, or are in denial of even having any...well....please address the obvious and try to enjoy life in the here and now. Life gives us lessons and trials which makes us the person we are. My life hasn't been the easiest, nor can I say it's been the hardest. I have made mistakes along the way, and wish I didn't do or say some of the things I said or did. I have learned from my mistakes, and continue to learn something each and every day. I am not trying to change anyone, nor be expected to change for anyone. I want to enjoy the rest of my days with positive enjoyable people who love the life they have been given. Life is way to short to be stuck in the past. The future holds so much more. Some of you have many restrictions. I find too many restrictions to be too rigid. People need to be themselves. But if you are that rigid, you should stick to your very high standards and be alone most of your life and wonder why? Love and companionship aren't something you can order from a catalog. You may even be surprised to find someone you hadn't planned to meet just might be the person you should have given a chance to! Be open minded and go for it! No picture no reply. Thanks for reading. First let me say that most of what I've found on this site is fluff. If your an adult then act like it. If you want something be open and honest about it. If your looking for sex, don't put it under the auspice of "relationship". If you meet someone and don't feel "it" then be honest about that. Seriously most of my meetings on here mimic my high school years!! Where are the real men who understand that respect is a two way street? If that hasn't scared you off I hope you'll read on. Now on to the separation...don't let it scare you. Will be very happy to explain, just ask. Okay, now I'll move on. I enjoy any outdoor activities. If I haven't done it I'm usually at least willing to try. I like all kind of sports and enjoy watching both on TV and live. I hope to one day get my Master's Degree but for now am content in my job. I like to have fun and laugh. I am a people person. I usually have a smile on my face and find everything in life is a learning opportunity. Not that I don't have disappointments but I look at them as part of what makes me who I am. I like most kinds of music and if you'd listen to my IPod you would find a variety of musical genres on there. I like to keep active but still enjoy quiet one on one time. I like to sit outdoor by a fire and enjoy the stars and the company. I work out about 5 times a week and am a Turbo Kick enthusiast. I also enjoy running and participating in 5K races. I work hard and play hard. I don't mind getting dirty and its okay if I break a nail. I am comfortable in jeans and a T shirt but with a shower and an hour can put on a little black dress and heels and be ready for a night on the town.I would like to find someone to enjoy life with - even if it is just as friends. You can never have enough friends. And if it turns into something more, what a great start we had to build on. If all that hasnt scared you off, send me a message. I think meeting somewhere neutral is ideal. If there isn't chemistry each has their own way home. Maybe a picnic lunch if the weather is good and if things go well, take a walk.
