Me? I am bright, energetic, passionate, honest, loving, genuine, and and have a great sense of humor - I've even been known to laugh at myself on occasion! I love to cook - even more so with my partner - there's something very sensual and intimate about preparing a meal together. I've been blessed with a great family and many friends that I treasure! My nephews tell me I'm a fantastic Aunt - I love children, and welcome a man who has them, or who wants them. I exercise, and want to stay healthy - not the body-builder type, tho - I actually have hips! And don't let the hair fool you - it's been that way since I was in my 30's - thanks, Mom! :) I love seeing new places and experiencing new things. I enjoy fine wine and good food (there is nothing like fresh seafood), and spending time with family and friends - I have three neohews who are my treasures! I enjoy cuddling (fireplace optional), dancing, movies, sports, entertaining at home, going out on the town, movies, good jazz, walks along the beach (cliche, but true!), anything in, on or near the water (I'm new to snorkeling, and love to fish!), church on Sunday mornings followed by reading the Sunday paper cuddling on the sofa - then watching football or doing something outside, gardening, and antiques (buying and refinishing). I love all the treasures in life that can't be purchased - they are so much more valuable! I appreciate all the life lessons I have had thus far - they've strengthened me, taught me about myself, given me joy, allowed my resiliency to shine through, taught me to appreciate people I've been blessed to have around me, and taught me the value of forgiveness, all of which have played a part in who I am today. I have a good sense of who I am and what is important to me in a relationship, and I'm looking for the same in a man. I'm not looking for a hook up, or a superficial thing here, I am seriously seeking someone who will compliment my life in many ways, and whose life I will compliment in return. You? Intelligent, attractive (more than just looks, guys!), a great sense of humor, confident, responsible, accountable, somewhat independent, relatively drama free, reasonably fit, and unreservedly affectionate; a gentleman with some bad boy thrown in; passionate about the things and people in your life you care about, you know his flaws and work to change the things you can, are honest and forthcoming, and you have the time and inclination for a monogamous relationship. You love life and love to laugh! You know happiness does not come from things or others, but from within yourself. And if you have a Harley, that is a DEFINITE plus!!Many of these things can't be seen the first time you meet someone - they reveal themselves over time. Meeting a man who is willing to take his time to get to know me, and allowing me time to get to know him is something I look forward to! They say that love is a friendship that has caught fire, and I agree - you have to have a solid friendship in order to build a lasting love relationship. It is very important to me that he care about his family and friends deeply....Honesty, respect (both for himself and for others), the ability to listen, patience, passion, sensuality, trust, honesty, compassion - all are important in a relationship. Hopefully he will enjoy some of the same things that I do, and we can build on our relationship by sharing our mutual interests and learning more about each other's individual interests. He'll encourage me to be the best person I can be (as I would him), and understand the importance and value of teamwork in a relationship and working together towards common goals. A plus for me - a man who is not afraid to show his vulnerability - it's sexy, too!

    I love to read, fish (mostly pan fish but I can bait my own leeches and worms), play pool (I'm not too bad either), watch some reality T.V. I'm up for the occasional bar scene, mostly because I like to play pool. I've always wanted to cross-country travel, but have yet to experience it. I rarely imbibe, but when I do it's with the intention of having a good time.
