I'm a honest caring fun loving christian lady. I enjoy the simple things in life. I am "BIG" on family and value my friends. I have a passion for gardening and love anything outdoors from camping~picnics~fishing & tubing. Maybe an outdoor venue or grab a pizza and sit on a blanket under the stars.

At this point in my life I am enjoying the de-cluttering process, finding that less is more and the simple things are much more enjoyable.I like a couple of cups of hot coffee in the morning and a couple of cold beers at night.I love intelligent conversation and flirting and intellectual humor and even sarcasm, if you can't laugh at life it becomes much too overwhelming.I will forever believe that mushrooms ruin any food they go near, especially pizza. At 52, I know that everyone has a past, with baggage, scars, stories and memories that have brought them to where they are today and that is what makes us all so interesting now.Like me, I believe most of us no longer deal with the nonsense and just prefer to find the fun.thanksJude surprise me

I can milk a cow and raise chewing tobacco but I prefer not to. I was the second oldest of 6 children. My parents were both Irish although my mother's blood was tainted with a bit of czech and german. I can be a bit stubborn and I do hope to visit the motherland one day and kiss the Blarney Stone.I am blessed to be the mother of two wonderful (mostly grown) children who are away at college.; Hooch) and a karin terrier (Dog in Wizard of Oz).In my spare time I am expanding my horizons by spending time with a couple friends who are single. One is a bit of a Part-time Homemaker Goddess and has made it her mission to prove to me that cooking/baking is a viable option. My children actually now request certain food items which is new as they used to prefer take out. The other is a do it yourselfer in everything to do with your home. From her, I have learned to kill a scorpion single handedly (you cant suffocate them in a jar for anyone wondering about that), flush out the air conditioning pipe, and a few other handy tricks. It hasn't all gone well so I cannot be trusted with electrical tools at this point. So I feel like a renaissance woman in the making.
