I have had the most charmed life! I LOVE being a nurse and interacting with patients daily...well most of them anyway, to be honest! And, I LOVE being a mother to my 3 children;all grown up now and I am able to enjoy them on another level!Comedy and Improv is an area I am "studying"...for real!!! Took a class last fall...it was AWESOME and I met some "interesting" people. Improv ***starts this Spring. In the meantime, I really enjoy comedies, old and newer, movies and tv. There is too much drama in real life, so I don't consider that entertainment. So..my goal is to investigate and experience as much of the area as I can! Theater, Music (did get to see Trans Siberian Orchestra ...not native to Bham...but fun!), oh, and microbreweries :)!! And, everyone enjoys the relatively short drive to the beach and the mountains...what a gift to live here! And I have a special dream of taking dancing lessons...is that weird?I am fortunate to live across the street from a wonderful park and my subdivision backs up to a state park. I walk regularly and will start riding my bike again after I get it tuned up! Just the same, I am trying to "get my house in order", because I would really like to sell and get a condo or loft downtown! I love the idea of going to an intimate bar/restaurant with craft beers and/or good Margaritas...Spicy foods (Mexican or Thai?), then on to a funny or interesting movie or theater (as heavy as Les Miserable is, I would love to see it at the movies). Let's have a drink after and spend some time holding hands followed possibly by some serious face time :)!

If there is a major tennis match or ACC basketball on tv, I will be watching it. I like a variety of things including watching/participating in sports, listening to music: R&B/Soul(mostly), Beatles, Eric Clapton. I am a major dog lover and treat them like my children. Just returned from Machu Picchu-one of my bucket list trips. It was fantastic!!!!! Update: I am growing my hair out so any pics with short hair are not current. I'm not that picky. Going out for dinner or a drink where we could talk (and hear each other) would be nice.
