Suffocation isn't asked, just intermittent reminder loving pulses. I enjoy being healthy! I'm more outdoors than inside exerciser, e.g. power walks with yoga, hiking, x-country skiing and snowshoeing. It's great to come inside to a delicious home cooked meal via crock pot or what I planned and relax over an entertaining movie or music with a refreshing glass of wine.I'm into well groomed, professional (white or blue collar), soulful, fun, creative and athletic (no super jock, love handles are cool!). I'm 53 and would love to find my soul mate sooner rather than later as we enter retirement! I think having 'independent / alone' time is healthy too. A perfect home would be one level, two wings with each wing being 'our individual space' and center / common area (kitchen, dining, living room). Of course sleep together (hoping snoring isn't an issue ... lol). One level as we are aging, forgo steps. If you own a motorcycle, this is cool, respectively! I love all types of sports and enjoy watching them live or snuggling on the couch sharing popcorn! I like boat rides, going to movies, plays, the ballet or bowling-as long as who I am with is having fun, I am flexible! I have recently moved to a new area, so my immediate goal is to get to know people and places around me. I have a daughter who is a few years from college, so I would be more than happy to date someone who has children. She has a horse,and we also have a dog and cat, so Animal Lovers are welcome! I was brought up Catholic and my daughter made her Confirmation last year, but we both decided we were going to visit many different churches in our new area looking for that right fit. As a parent I think it would benefit her to meet many different people,especially as she will be attending college in a few years. I am a very hands-on parent-I know all of my daughter's friends and they are always welcome to come to our home or with us on outings. At the moment, the horse is a favorite! Music is a big part of our household, and my daughter has introduced me to the I-pod! I am not a very good dancer, but if you are willing to be my teacher-I am willing to learn! I like walking and bike-riding and both are a part of my regular fitness routine.-being so I can keep up with the children I deal with every day. I never had to cook before, so that has become a new interest as well.I do like to travel- I think people should be friends first so I would be open to a dinner and a movie, a concert, or a sporting event-something that is fun, casual and allows us to get to know each other.I like to just be out and about enjoying interesting conversation!
