Well I am here on this site making life style changes such as taking better care of me,.I am a very happy person enjoy life and am lucky to have great friends and family. Not too long ago someone asked me "what fruit or vegetable best describes you?" Given some thought to this I feel that avocado best fits me. Green is my favorite color, I'm not necessarily smooth on the outside, I have compassion and a big heart. Some people would say I'm soft inside but I that have a strong core. What would your fruit or vegetable be?I enjoy hiking a good trail, cooking an awesome meal, playing on the beach, drive with the top down, enjoying friends and family.
