About Me

I like long walks on the beach at sunset, while holding hands gazing into the distance........ Well sort of. I like walking on the beach but all that other mushy stuff I can do without :-) Online dating... I just wanted to see what else was out there. I'm in school right now for a masters degree, so education gets you bonus points with me. I want someone who is funny, down to earth (no ego!), and intellectually stimulating. I love to travel and explore new places, I like to talk to anyone about anything and I would like to find some one similar to that, it makes for a great travel buddy one day. I know who I am as a person and what my goals and aspirations are, I'd like to find someone who also knows where they are going in life.First off, I'm more interested in books then T.V. For some people that's kind of a biggie. I don't like people who are obsessed with T.V. (or their phones!). I think I'll always be the eternal student; I'm kind of, sort of, really nerdy but it works for me. Secondly, I am open minded and nonjudgemental no matter who you are. Probably most importantly, although sometimes hard for others, I am very direct and straightforward, I do not beat around the bush. My facial expressions usually say it all. Side note- My hair has always been blonde (I have never dyed it), I don't have fake nails or get fake tans, I often go without makeup, I am not rail thin, and I think its really lame if your main picture is one of your abs. I'm just putting that all out there. I am confident and sometimes a little too honest and I'm looking for someone who shares the same values I do. Pushiness is not welcomed. I take my time with things and I don't want your number in the first 2 messages we exchange. I don't want to meet you after exchanging 6 lines of text.     The things I do the most are going to Disneyland or Knotts, although oddly enough not big on roller coasters. I tend to always be smiling and have fun no matter where I go.
