I was recently layed off after six years and one day at the same company and just started a new job at the end of September. I'm not sure exactly why I decided to give this a try -possibly just because loneliness starts to take grip when the weather starts to get cold up my way. In any case, I haven't been so lucky meeting anyone at the grocery store and I'm just not into the bar scene anymore. I love the quiet slow pace and most of all the lack of traffic! There's something so refreshing about being able to do your own thing.
