I am a soft hearted and caring person. Animals and kids are my passion. I feel bad for judgemental and narrow minded people because they cheat themselves out of a lot of what life has to offer. Hypocritically however I suppose, I myself do become judgemental VERY QUICKLY of anyone that feels that it is ok to talk about another race or a group of people different from themselves in a negative manner....joking or not. We are all here together and I believe in treating all people the way I want to be treated. It's called "The Golden Rule" for a reason! :) I am blessed to be able to say my job is also my hobby and I spend more than the average amount of time doing work at home. When I'm not working, I like to be outside whether it is winter or summer. I enjoy taking the time to experience nature around me. I guess I am a bit of a daydreamer. I like to bike, hike, kayak, and occasionally camp and fish too. I'm sort of a girly girl who doesn't mind getting her hands dirty. I bait my own hook! :- I've never been to either but know the first time I go, I will feel like it is home. I like to relax sitting by a fire and staring at the stars or curling up with a good book and reading for hours. I can also spend hours on the internet absorbing mindless information. I am working on that! Video games and video gamers are not my thing. I like board games but I don't like cards so much (excluding UNO of course). You can play but please don't expect me to play very much. I will sacrifice occasionally for the common good. Meeting for coffee or a drink would be my idea of the ideal first date. I would like to try and experience a bit of the old fashioned feeling of falling for someone in a natural way....friends first and see where it goes from there......if that is at all possible in today's world of online dating. I am not looking to plan our future together at our first meetng.

Considering I’m 6’2" in some heels it would be nice to at least see eye to eye with someone when I’m barefoot! I am not particular about other physical traits such as eye color, facial hair or hair color/style (as long as it’s not a comb-over!). Personality is more important than appearance. Since I’m a casual person, I prefer the "jeans and T-shirt" type. A few sexy tattoos never hurt either! And if you don’t have tattoos, hopefully you don’t mind them since I have 4! I need someone who is easy-going, funny, responsible, sensual and, most importantly, honest. I try to go out with my friends at least a couple times a month. We usually end up at a local bar, shooting pool, dancing or playing darts. There’s always the occasional game night and bowling excursions. I listen to all types of music: Metal/Hard Rock, Dance, Country, and Easy Listening and of course, 80´s hair bands!! I am usually shy when meeting new people, but once I get to know someone I am very open. My friends and family mean everything to me and I am always willing to help friends in need. A first date should be about getting to know one another. Anywhere that we could talk is great.

Hi I think life is what we make of it, and I want to make the most out of mine.I like to watch a good comedy or romance show, spend time with my nephews, hang out with my friends, cheer on a sports team, and do things around my house. I have a good sense of humor, I am fun to be around. I don't like racist or offensive humor. I might not always have the right words to convey what I want to say, but I try to communicate and share what's on my mind or my heart.I work in software development, but I'm not much of a techie person. I am affectionate, and enjoy being around someone who is the same. Intimacy is important to me. I can be content spending my weekend at home watching football or curled up with my kindle. I do need some social time too...could be a game of cards, a movie, trivia downtown, or sampling some new drinks (I'm experimenting to find different craft beers and wines that I like). I like to try new cool/geeky things out. city wide scavenger hunt. murder mystery dinner... stand up comedy...etc Something simple, comfortable, enjoyable. Maybe dinner at Farren's, or Pool at Jillian's (i'm horrible, but it can be fun to play)... I've actually eanted to go to the planetarium lately - maybe that would be fun...
