About Me

I am the father of 5 fantastic daughters, two are now in college and 3 of them live with me every other week. They are very active and on their way to being very successful young women. I make every effort to be a good father for them. Also, I am an education professional and actively involved in my school district helping create a positive high school experience and preparing our students for their own futures. After very much enjoying the first half century of life, I am looking forward to the second half with great anticipation to see how it all unfolds, as it does present some exciting possibilities. I look forward to meeting someone to share my life with as a partner, lover, and friend. My daughters are important to me, so anyone interested must enjoy children, young adults, and eventually grandchildren. And, of course, I already enjoy yours :) I do enjoy going out, and attending events, but also very much enjoy being alone with you watching a movie or talking. I don't look like a runner, being big and tall, but I do run to win my weight class:) I am enjoying the pursuit of fitness, and working my way back into some semblance of athleticism, with hopes of participating in other adventures. I look forward to meeting someone who enjoys the outdoors, watching movies, the arts, attending sporting events, and wishes to do more travel. I am the first to say I am nothing special to look at...lol But, I personally will not date someone who is extremely overweight or unathletic for there age. I am only attracted to women that are roughly hieght to weight proportionate. If people would quit messing around and post accurate, clear, current pictures this dating site would work well for everyone and this could go unspoken as this is embarrasing for me to speak about.     Let me start by saying those are not cigarettes in my hand in the pictures. I don't smoke and never have! It is the remote for the camera taking the picture. A fun movie from start to finish is the ***film The In- I liked the comedy Ladykillers with Tom Hanks...thought it was very funny....;...this is the best of the best in film making.I like all types of music from Sinatra to the Rolling Stones, but am not into "rap" music! It is a plus if you like to dress casually ( I am told I look really good when I get all dressed up though?) and do fun things.
