I am the father of 5 fantastic daughters, two are now in college and 3 of them live with me every other week. They are very active and on their way to being very successful young women. Also, I am an education professional and actively involved in my school district helping create a positive high school experience and preparing our students for their own futures. I joined in the hopes of finding someone with similar values, ideas, beliefs, and interests. I am a intelligent, grounded, emotionally available, hard working and family-oriented person who strives to be the best that he can be. Communication is the key to a successful relationship / friendship and I know that if you are not honest with yourself, you can never be honest with anyone else.I feel very strongly that two people must have a good sense of what they both want and need from each other and know how to effectively communicate that to achieve a balance in a relationship.
